What a Day at Longevity Day Club Looks Like
Every day is intentionally designed to support connection, movement, cognitive vitality, and a sense of purpose.
A typical day may include:
- Morning coffee and conversation
- Gentle movement and balance activities
- Shared lunch and social time
- Engaging brain-health programs, discussions, and lifelong learning
- Creative projects and music
- Quiet spaces for rest
Members participate at their own pace. The goal is participation, connection, and enjoyment.
